Terms of Use
The terms and conditions indicated below regulate access and use of the URL www.chilloutcruise.com (hereinafter the website) owned by Lost Paradise Producciones SL, hereafter LOST PARADISE.

IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES
On the one hand, LOST PARADISE PRODUCCIONES limited company with registered office at Calle Tanausú No.4, 35571 Puerto Calero, Yaiza, Lanzarote. With NIF: B35998772, and registered in the trade register of Arrecife on Sheet 136 of Volume 396, page IL 9484, Section 8.

And, secondly, the individual, hereinafter the USER, who accesses the page to find and hire the services offered through the WEBSITE. You ackowledge that you are of age (over 18 years) and have the legal capacity to acquire the services offered within the WEBSITE and use it as the general conditions are detailed below, which TERMS you understand and expressly accept:

The USER allows LOST PARADISE the use of such data for the delivery and management of services and communications between LOST PARADISE and the USER via different formats: email, phone or mobile systems in its different options.
3. The purchase of any product will only be effective at the time LOST PARADISE perform the validation of the credit card supplied or received the cost of the service through any other payment gateway. Until such time it may be canceled by LOST PARADISE.
When requesting a reservation this involves commitment from the client to authorize the charge on the credit card supplied of the full amount of the service.

The USER is responsible for providing their data correctly in the reservation process set out in the WEBSITE. The fields required when making a booking are not fact-checked, so the WEBSITE has no means to identify and correct errors in the introduction of data, so that the USER must exercise the utmost diligence in their completion.

4. USERS will use the WEBSITE only and exclusively for private and personal use. 5. LOST PARADISE is not responsible directly or indirectly for:

These conditions are subject to Spanish legislation which shall have jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms and conditions in the courts of Arrecife, Lanzarote, except that, pursuant to the Royal Decree legislative 12007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users, counterpart had consumer or user status, in which case the courts of the domicile of the consumer will be responsible.

LOST PARADISE might hire service providers to carry out the provision of its services, so we can share your personal information with these service providers under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy Data Protection, and provide the third party to use your personal data only on our own and according to our instructions.
LOST PARADISE may use a contact service such as SMS for confirmation or notification to the customer of any contracted service, this service is only for sending, not for receiving SMS to the customer,to contact us it should be done by phone or by email as contained in the CONTACT section of the website.

You expressly consent to the processing of data in order to send you information by any means about our products, services, special offers or promotions, for which we can develop user profiles that allow us to make personalized offers. Cancellation or modification of pre-paid reservations

MODIFICATIONS AND CHANGES
Any alterations or changes made by our customers, for tours or activities already booked and paid for, such as changes in number of persons contracted, change of date or type of tour or activity. If these changes are made more than 24 hours prior to the start of the tour or activity, there will be no additional cost to the customer.
Modifications or changes to reservations already booked and paid for by our customers made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the tour or activity period, will result in a financial penalty of the 10% of the value of the original ticket.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations of reservations made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the tour or activity, will have no additional cost to the customer.
Cancellations of reservations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the tour or activity period, will result in a financial penalty of the 50% of the value of the original ticket.
